As your State Representative, Nick will fight to:

• Promote Affordability. With inflation, uncertain markets, and rising costs, now more than ever, the middle class needs relief. Folks work hard their whole lives, and cannot retire comfortably; our young people cannot get started, and everyone in between is pinched. As a small business owner we need someone who understands the challenges of main street and someone who will fight for the working class. Nick is committed to finding policy solutions that promote local business, support income-restricted families, and solve the affordability crisis. 

• Enhance Public Safety. Nick has a special appreciation for law enforcement, with his grandfather, Ralph Lazzaro serving in the Worcester Police Dept. Nick has worked hand in glove with law enforcement partners in Millbury to ensure they have the tools necessary to keep the public safe. This includes ensuring fair contracts, supporting their technology needs and advocating for increased SRO presences in our schools. As a selectman and school board member, Nick worked to improve emergency response plans with town, police, fire and school officials 

• Promote Fiscal Responsibility. Nick has extensive experience with capital budgeting and is a successful entrepreneur. Nick has over seven years of small business experience and graduated with his MBA from Boston College. He believes that taxpayers should be treated like shareholders, and that Beacon Hill needs to be held accountable for their poor spending, and reduced local aid funding. 

• Encourage Small Business Development. A part of a thriving local economy relies on the support of local businesses. Nick will work hard to improve healthcare access for new small businesses and will advocate for small business tax relief. He holds a deep understanding of the challenges Main Street faces and is determined to improve small business support systems, access to capital, and access to healthcare. Nick will be a leader who doesn't just show up for the ribbon cutting but will be there every step of the way. 

Nick is a Proud Millbury High School Graduate later earning his B.A. degree from College of the Holy Cross and his MBA from Boston College at the Carroll School of Management.
